Provide operations and maintenance (O&M), user support and product development for the Federal Bureau of Investigation�s (FBI) Investigative Data Warehouse (IDW). The IDW is a repository of the FBI�s intelligence and investigative information and is a critical component of its efforts to collect, manage and utilize information within the Bureau and numerous intelligence and law enforcement entities.
