FTI is committed to recruiting, developing, and promoting qualified train personnel. All of FTI�s experienced personnel earn and maintain current certifications as evidence of their continual personal development for their particular skills and positions. Certifications held by full time FTI staff include:
- Leading systems and network administration certifications (Microsoft, UNIX, Linux)
- Database certifications (Oracle, SQLServer, Sybase, DB2)
- Software development certifications (Sun, Java, Microsoft)
